The products available on our site are for your personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products you purchase or receive from Bloody Marvellous Ltd, including but not limited to our tampon, pad, or liner products. All items offered on our website are final sale, and we are unable to accept returns. All other inquires will be left to the discretion of Bloody Marvellous Ltd and its employees.
Registration
To register and become a member of our Site, fill out the required fields and create a password to create a profile. Each time you use your log-in information, you will be deemed as authorized to access and utilize the Site in a way that aligns with the Terms of Services.
When placing your first order, we will request shipping and billing information. You agree that we may update your payment information at any time with information that is supplied to us from your bank or credit card. The payment information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporate into our Terms of Service.
Monthly Memberships
As a member of the Site, you may become enrolled in a monthly membership program with us.
When you join our subscription membership you are beginning a twenty eight day membership with Bloody Marvellous Ltd. The date of your membership starts on the day that you pay for your subscription. Your credit card on file will be charged for one product including shipping.
Your subscription will continue to automatically until you cancel your membership.
Returns & Refunds
Bloody Marvellous Ltd does not accept exchanges and returns for any opened or used product. Returns are only accepted for unopened boxes of unused product. If you have an issue with your product or to request a return for unopened boxes, please contact us at askme@bloody-marvellous.com
Memberships
If you enroll in one of our member programs, your membership in the program will remain in effect until it is cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at anytime by contacting us at askme@bloody-marvellous.com.
Reviews and Comments

Typographical Errors
We have the right to refuse or cancel orders or subscriptions if a product or information is listed on the Site with a typographical error that incorrectly identifies the true price or service conditions of a product or service. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

All products purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
