What cookies are

When you first visit, our cookie banner asks what you are happy with. Say no and nothing optional runs. You can change your mind at any time from the cookie settings on the site. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without the necessary ones.

What we do not do
- We do not use advertising cookies or sell anything about your visit to advertisers.
- We do not use cookies to work out anything about your health.
- Nothing optional runs until you say yes.

Some pages include videos or posts from other websites, such as YouTube. If you play or view them, that website may set its own cookies. Their cookie policies apply, not ours.
